This is caused by the settings of the SIM card of your provider. Before you install the SIM card in the alarm system you must make sure the SIM card is activated, the PIN is disabled and the voicemail function is disabled. Please check with your SIM/telecom provider how to perform these steps. Please check these settings by using the SIM card in a mobile phone.
