When this error message appears, then the language configuration for the EM8610 is different opposed to the language sent by an SMS message e.g., the EM8610 has been configured in the Dutch language and the message sent contains text in the English language.
To solve this problem; sent an SMS message with command “0001“ (without the quotation marks) in order to configure the EM8610 into the English language. This can also be achieved through the Eminent e-Alarm APP, whereby also an different language can be configured.
