If you lost the login password to the camera you can reset it by using HISearcher.
Download the "Eminent ipcam reset tool" (HiSearcher) here.
Follow the next steps
- Unpack the downloaded ZIP file and start “HiSearcher.exe”
- Press “Next”
- Select the camera from the list
- Press “Next”
- Press “Restore Password”
- The following message will appear: “Successful !” press “OK” to close the message.
The Camera reboots and the the default login password will be set to "ipcam”.
