There are several different SIM card types please see picture below:
full-size SIM (1FF), mini-SIM (2FF), micro-SIM (3FF) en nano-SIM (4FF)
The Eminent alarm systems use the mini-SIM (2FF)
If you have a "micro" or "nano" SIM please contact your mobile provider they can supply you with another SIM card or an adapter like for example in the picture below.
