For some reason, for example you forgot the web login password, you may want to set the EM6331 to the factory default settings. The only thing you need to do is using a stick to press the “reset” button on the back of the EM6331 body for more than 15 seconds and release it, do this when the EM6331 is powered on. The EM6331 will reset to the factory default settings and restart automatically.
Note ! : The username after reset is “admin” password is empty. The password for live video is changed after reset to “ipcam”
Note ! : If the camera is restored to factory settings and you have added the camera to the APP the APP will recognize the default password, you will be prompted to change your password, we advise you to change this password a.s.a.p. to protect your privacy.
